Reasonable page scope

“Unlimited pages” means the pages your business actually needs, built from approved Pro templates and supported by the content you supply — Home, About, Services, individual service pages, service areas, Contact, Request a Quote, Schedule or Book, Payment Portal, FAQ, Gallery, Testimonials, Careers, Policies, and other approved business pages. It is not unrestricted custom software development.

Quote & contact forms

Pro forms can collect name, email, phone, address, requested service, preferred date, a project description, and optional photos or files. Submissions are emailed to your designated inbox with the structured details, the visitor sees a confirmation, and you get an owner email notification. Pro delivers leads to you by email — it does not add Premium's automated quote follow-up or Revenue Recovery.

FAQ chatbot

The FAQ chatbot answers approved factual questions about hours, services, service areas, pricing rules, scheduling, payment methods, and contact information. It uses only customer-approved information, doesn't invent answers, doesn't retain conversations, and hands uncertain or sensitive questions to a human. The chatbot on this site is a live example — look for the launcher in the corner.

Scheduling, payments & email

Pro can connect an approved scheduling system (bookable services, availability, buffers, deposits, confirmations and reminders) and a customer payment portal on your own Stripe account — you own and control the payment account, and R&L never requests or stores payment credentials, passwords, or API keys. Pro also includes professional domain-email setup assistance; whether a Google Workspace subscription cost is included is not yet finalized, so it isn't represented as part of the monthly Pro price.
