R&L Automations is led by Rich Ross and Lynn Ross, equal partners. Rich brings computer science, software engineering, construction, oil & gas, and high-reliability systems experience. Lynn brings a Master's degree in Business Administration and over a decade across front-office administration, bookkeeping, accounting, and business operations management.

Together, we build practical business systems around how small businesses actually run — not hype.
