We use the providers below to deliver contracted services. The exact providers depend on the signed scope and the features you have enabled. This list is pending final legal review.
In use today
These operate this website, your R&L account, and your subscription billing.
Stripe
Purpose: Payment processing for R&L subscriptions, and the customer billing portal
Limited data: Name, email, billing address, payment-method details held by Stripe, and subscription and invoice records
Supabase
Purpose: Customer sign-in, and the R&L billing database
Limited data: Account email, authentication records, and subscription and invoice state
Doppler
Purpose: Managed secret storage
Limited data: Credentials and configuration; not customer message content
Nylas
Purpose: R&L's own consultation scheduling and R&L's own outbound email — booking confirmations, and account and subscription messages — all on R&L's own connected Google account
Limited data: To book a consultation: your name, business or company name, email address, the time you choose, any phone number you give, and anything you write in the ‘what would you like to talk about’ box. For account email: your email address together with the subscription or invoice details the message is about

These are part of the service and are listed so you can see where your information will go, but they are not connected yet and are receiving nothing today. Until they are, our contact page sends you to email instead.
Formaloo
Purpose: The public contact and enquiry form
Limited data: The details a visitor chooses to submit — typically name, contact details, and their message
Premium — not in use yet
Premium is in final development and is not available for purchase, so the providers below are not processing any customer data at this time. They are listed in advance so you can see where your information would go before you decide to subscribe. We will update this page before Premium becomes available.
Fly.io
Purpose: Application hosting for R&L's backend automation
Limited data: Authorized service requests and operational data
Twilio
Purpose: Owner SMS notifications and inbound call handling
Limited data: The authorized owner phone number, notification content, and delivery status
Your own accounts are not subprocessors
On Pro and Premium, the customer payment portal runs on your Stripe account and professional email runs on your Google Workspace. Those accounts belong to you, you control them, and they are not R&L subprocessors — they are your own direct relationships with those providers.
Changes
We review provider access before enabling a service and update this page when the active provider set materially changes.
